1. Free Trial
- 7-day free trial with full features
- No credit card required for trial
- No charges during trial period
- Test the product fully before purchasing
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
You ARE eligible for a refund if:
- The Plugin has a critical technical issue that we cannot resolve
- The Plugin does not work as described on our website
- The Plugin is incompatible with your WordPress installation (standard requirements met)
- You request a refund within 30 days of purchase
- You have made a reasonable attempt to contact support
You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
- You changed your mind or no longer need the Plugin
- You violated Google’s API Terms of Service
- Your Google API key was revoked or suspended
- Google API costs exceeded your expectations (these are separate charges)
- You experienced AI-generated code errors (AI can make mistakes)
- You did not test the Plugin during the free trial
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- You violated our Terms of Service
- You engaged in fraudulent activity
3. Google API Costs – NO REFUNDS
IMPORTANT: ZenCode AI license fees are separate from Google API costs.
- We do NOT refund Google API charges
- API costs are between you and Google
- You are responsible for monitoring your API usage
- Unexpected API costs are not grounds for a refund
- We provide estimated costs ($10-30/month) but cannot guarantee them
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [Your Email] within 30 days of purchase
- Include your order number and reason for refund
- Describe any technical issues and troubleshooting steps taken
- Provide evidence of support contact attempts
4.2 What Happens Next
- We will review your request within 5 business days
- We may ask for additional information or attempt to resolve issues
- If approved, refund will be processed within 10 business days
- Refund will be issued to original payment method
- Your license will be deactivated immediately
- You must uninstall the Plugin
5. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds or pro-rated refunds for unused time. The annual license is priced as a complete package.
6. Refund After Trial Abuse
If we detect that you:
- Used the free trial extensively without purchasing
- Repeatedly request refunds (pattern of abuse)
- Created a project and then requested a refund
- Used the Plugin for a short-term project then requested a refund
We reserve the right to deny the refund and ban your account.
7. Renewal Refunds
- Licenses do not auto-renew, so accidental renewal is not possible
- Renewal purchases are subject to the same 30-day guarantee
- No refunds for renewal purchases after 30 days
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
- We will work with you to resolve any issues
- Chargebacks may result in account termination
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported and pursued legally
- Your license will be immediately revoked upon chargeback
9. Technical Requirements for Refunds
Refunds for technical issues require that your system meets:
- WordPress 5.0 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- Valid Google API key
- Standard WordPress hosting environment
- Compatible theme (most themes work)
If your system doesn’t meet requirements, refunds may not be granted.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for refunds related to:
- Google API service interruptions
- Internet connectivity issues
- Server failures beyond our control
- Third-party service disruptions

- Request received: Within 30 days of purchase
- Review period: 5 business days
- Processing time: 10 business days after approval
- Bank processing: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
- Total time: Up to 25 business days from request to account credit
12. What Happens After Refund
- Your license is immediately deactivated
- Access to updates and support ends
- You must uninstall the Plugin
- You may not use the Plugin after refund
- Your account may be closed
- Future purchases may be restricted

- Abusive or fraudulent behavior
